The Museum of Cycling-Madonna del Ghisallo was officially dedicated on Oct. 14, 2006. It is located in northern Italy in the lakes district north of Milan, just northeast of Como and next to the Madonna del Ghisallo Church.
The Museum of Cycling-Madonna del Ghisallo aims to collect, preserve and enhance, from spontaneous donations made to the Shrine by enthusiasts, sports associations and samples of various ages, the story of a technical means, of a sport and its actors, major events that have made cycling history, as well as a company with the bicycle, went to modernity.
Here, even through the meeting with fans of the stars of the cycling sport and the environment that promotes the museum, you want to know and study the past and the present of cycling, reflecting on values, issues and the future of cycling practice and sport.
